When can I check in and check out?
Our regular check-in hours are Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Beyond that, you can use our 24-hour check-in terminal (electronic) continuously from Monday to Sunday from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Check-out is typically until 11:00 AM.
How does the 24-hour check-in terminal work?
If you arrive outside regular check-in hours, please inform us briefly by phone or email. We will activate the modern self-service terminal at the entrance for you. There you will quickly and easily receive your room key with your reservation name.
How far is the hotel from Augsburg University Hospital?
Hotel Goldener Falke is only about 10 minutes by car from Augsburg University Hospital. Josefinum can be reached in approximately 4 minutes.
